I am testing out how to use iSpring Cam Pro and seem to have an issue with a change in the recorded audio. During the practice recording while screencasting, there is a change in the audio.

The audio track changes from me talking to static (like the sound you hear when there is no picture on the TV). The audio goes back to me talking after a while.

Any thoughts on this and what the issue is?

Hi,

Thank you for posting here!
1) Check your mic settings.
Right-click on the speaker in the bottom left corner of your desktop and select Recording devices, then double click on the active mic and go to Advanced → Restore Defaults → Apply
2) Update your audio driver. To do so, go to the manufacturer of your computer/laptop and look for the latest available driver version for your audio card.

After doing so, run Cam Pro and try recording again.
