Hi,

There is a small bug with interactions.

When you click next, next, next in quick sucession, the audio from the last panel (or summary) plays when you go to the next slide.

You then get two audio tracks over each other playing at the same time.

Cheers,
Scott

Scott, thank you for posting here!

I tried to recreate this problem with the latest available iSpring Suite version and a Steps interaction with an audio file starting automatically on each of the steps.
I wasn't able to – moving on to a new step stopped audio playback on the previous slide.

Hence, I'd appreciate if you could send a published example in a zip package to our support email with my name for the subject.

Thanks in advance!

Apologies, I only just saw your reply.

The issue is not the steps, the issue is when you got from a step into the next slide.

It plays the audio from the slide and the audio for of the last step (or summary).

I will zip the particular course and I will just make sure its the same in the latest version.

I did a bit more testing and the bug is still present in the latest version.

I will zip up the original powerpoint and the built version and email them over.

I will have to send from my gmail.com address which does not have maintenance support plan as my work one has a silly 10mb limit.

Hi,

This bug is still present in the newest build.

Is this going to be patched?

Its quite odd to get two audio tracks playing at the same time.

Cheers,
Scott
