I currently have 32 bit PC and need to use Ispring for converting PowerPoint 2010 presentations. However, when I complete this task I am upgrading to Windows 7 and will be using 64bit. Will I have to buy the 64 bit version or can I upgrade to 64?

Upgrade to 64 bit version from 32 one within one iSpring version is certainly free. Please just go to download page and choose the respective version for your new system.

Please notice that iSpring depends on bit rate of MS Office, not the entire system. Hence, use iSpring x64 if you have MS Office 2010 x64 only.
