I have already sent an email to support, but perhaps I can get a quicker answer here.

I have downloaded iSpring to a new computer. I already have a license. The new version of iSpring is not recognizing my license.

(The person who set up my new computer mistakenly registered me for another trial version.)

I just want my present license to work in this new computer.
Can you help?
