iSpring Modules getting stuck, not moving ahead

Hi All,

I have created some iSpring modules and published them as scorm. I am using them in moodle, while pplayig these modules they are getting stuck at various slides.

Is there a compatibility issue related to iSpring and moodle.

Please help, its urgent.

In order to help you to resolve the issue we need some more information. Could you please try to convert your file to a simple Flash file (not a SCORM package) and see if it plays properly (you can use the Publish to Web option).
Please also send us the original file and the output SCORM package you create for the research to support@ispringsolutions.com. Could you please provide us with a testing account and access to it so that we could research the issue on our machines? Please also specify the full version and the build number of iSpring product you are using (you can find it by clicking the About button on iSpring panel).
