Is there a way to create tables? Currently I use Word and save as png. This works ok, although the table text isn't nearly as crisp as the native text in ispring.

If there isn't a way to add tables, could this be added in a future update?

Do you mean adding tables to your PowerPoint presentation? If so, you can add them by using the Insert tab in PowerPoint.

i make a lot of use of the info slide in quiz maker. is there a way to be able to create tables here?

Actually at this moment there's no such option to add tables to questions. You can add pictures, audio, video and equations. In this case I can only offer that you make screenshots of your tables and insert them into Info slides as pictures.
