I'm working on implementing an AIR-solution [ActionScript 3.0] where a user can view any number of *external locally stored* swf files.

I've been using the code in C:\Program Files\iSpring Ultra 3\samples\samples\flex_sample\... as a base.

Problem: When loading files that are external to the AIR application there is a sandbox violation at any time the bridge or the presentation is trying to communicate.

Findings thus far:

1) Using relative paths [such as "app-storage:/presentation.swf"] will replicate the issue in debug mode.

2) Using explicit paths [such as "C:/presentations/presentation.swf"] will not replicate the issue in debug mode - but the violations do occur at runtime... resulting in the application not being able to communicate with the as3bridge.swf

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you.
