I have just purchased iSpring Ultra 3.5.1 for conversion of relatively large PPT with embedded audio and video to Flash. Have 210 slides, about 35 video files in .mpg and approximately 220 .wav audio files. Using "Publish for Web" preset. On short test (10 slides, 1 video, 10 audio files) conversion runs fine. However, when trying to run conversion of entire program I get following error whenever program encounters a slide with video: Runtime Error, Program C:\Program F... This application has requested Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way."

Assistance in troubleshooting and resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

Conversion of such large presentation can cause problems indeed. There are some Flash technology limitations :(

However here is a couple of tricks:

It is recommended to use separate slides output mode for large presentations. Please see the post with instrustions here:

Since your presentation contains video clips and audio, the better conversion can be achieved with media content externalizing. Please go to Publish --> Media tab and mark the necessary checkboxes in Detach Media content area. This option provides more accurate processing of embedded video and audio.
