How can I make a hyperlink for one of the files from the resources?

If you would like to add a hyperlink to a file in Resources to presenattion slide, you can do it the following way:
1) Select a text ot share and add a hyperlink;
2) Type the address attachments/name of the file (for example, attachments/file.pdf);
3) Convert your presentation and click the hyperlink.
