Thank you for the question!
Usually almost all video formats are not interactive, so it's not possible to have a video with a quiz in it.
However, iSpring Quizmaker allows you to insert videos to questions.
Additionally, you can also insert a video on a slide in PowerPoint and insert a quiz after it using iSpring Suite 7.
You can limit the navigation so that your users can access the quiz only when the video will be displayed until the end.
