First time use of iSpring Free.
Project is a 145 slide PPT which is mostly of lower rez photos and some captions. PPT file size is 215,000 KB.

When publishing, I get an error message stating: Error during SWF generation.

After taking out about half the slides, the generation worked and the result was nice.

Is there a known problem about certain PPT file sizes? Is there a work around?

The large size of your PowerPoint presentation can cause conversion problems on several reasons:

- the limitation on number of frames set for Flash format. Any Flash file can contain not more than 65536 objects. This limitation was set by the creators of Flash format;

- insufficient resources of your PC since the conversion process requires high amount of RAM. To fix the problem, please, increase the virtual memory on your PC or use Separate Flash file mode for converting large files. To switch to it click Publish button and unmark the checkbox next to All in one Flash file (Flash output area). Then convert your presentation again.

Separate Flash file mode will not affect presentation playback in any way, since all the files are played within the special player container that "stitches" files in one presentation.
