one problem I have when running a presentation in HTML mode is seeing a brief flash of white in the transitions between slides. I assume this is the slide background showing before images are loaded.

Is there a way to preload the images so the are loaded from cache when the presentation runs - hopefully preventing the 'flash'?

@rlaurencelle
Thank you for your post here!
This issue can come up if you have inserted video or some other object into a slide with white background.
In order to resolve the issue, you can change the slide background in the Slide Master view:

1) go to View tab in PowerPoint
2) select "Slide Master"

Image

3) Right-click on the slide and select "Format background"

Image

4) Change the slide background for all your slides to some other color/texture or imported image.
Hope that it helps!

If the issue persists, please send us your presentation to support@ispringsolutions.com so that we can test it on our end.
