Is there any way to be able to design a quiz that has only one slide with no results slide?

It's really not a quiz, but an informational slide including a hyperlink to open in a new window, rather than on top of iSpring Learn. I've tried putting a PDF page into Learn, but the command to open new window is ignored. (Difficult to explain!)

Hi there!

It's possible to hide the result slide and set up a link to a webpage.
You may create a 1) Survey → Insert an info slide → add a hyperlink to a webpage there
2) Then go to the result slide → and hide it in the result slide options

Probably this is what you need. However, I know a better solution for you. It's a Presentation Resources iSpring Suite feature. You may read more about it here:
