Hi,

Can I create elearning presentations and distribute to multiple end users?

or do I have to purchase additional licensing?

You can create elearning presentations and distribute it to multiple end users.

You don't have to purchase additional licenses while the number of computers where the product is installed doesn't exceed the number of purchased licenses*2.
