Various issues when embedded on website.

First of all, the fullscreen mode does not work (even though the computer is equipped with flash 9.

Also, the video is incredibly small (when it is pretty large when it's not embedded).

The video playback (integrated in the original powerpoint, as a flash video file) does not stop when the pause button is pressed (even though the powerpoint stops)
