It depends on output format you are interested in whether video or just audio.
I assume you meant audio output like audiobook. iSpring saves audio narrations in .wav format which could be easily added to iTunes and synchronized with your iPod or you can burn a CD with these audio files. You can find the folder with recorded narrations in the same directory with the PowerPoint show. They are named and sorted according to date and time they were recorded.
