Thank you for the post! Actually the quiz could experience problems with sending the results to email if it is located on the local drive of your computer. It might be caused by Flash Player restrictions which prevent interaction between a locally placed .swf file and external resources (the email server in this case). When you upload it to the Internet this problem with Flash Player restrictions won't occur. You can also publish the quiz to HTML5 format to bypass this restrictions. In order to make these files work from a local computer, you need to adjust the Flash Player settings on the Adobe website.
