Been trying out different quiz makers for WinXP/7.
iSpring quiz maker seems to be the best in the category.

1. Wished there was a flash card type which I find very useful when creating quizzes or training material.

The way I see it work is - When doing a multiple choice quiz (MCQ), a user has the option to display questions as an MCQ or as a Flash card. A Flash card question has content just like an MCQ (A question, an answer and its discussion) A flash card has Question on one screen and Answer with its discussion on the next screen. The answer screen has buttons to mark the question as "correct" or "incorrect".

This way its easy to use the same content for testing and revision.

2. A feature that will allow the content creator use icons to represent tags like "Core topics", "Trivia" and so forth. When using tags on questions, wished it was possible to use a multiplier so if a user incorrectly answers a "Core topic" question, the penalty would be more severe than a "Trivia" tag question.
