Using iSpring Pro in saas mode or with "floating licence" ?

Could we use iSpring Pro to build "modules" in saas mode or with a "floating licence" ? I mean in the following context :

Actually iSpring EULA doesn't have this option of product use as you described. You can have one license for one company/user which should be used by the only one person. One license could be installed on 2 computers (home and work e.g.) and cannot be used simultaneously on both of them.

In any case, there wouldn't be much point in each of your designated experts using a content authoring tool like iSpring Presenter to integrate the various bits you describe and do the flash conversion. That would be a highly inieffiecient way. Even apart from llicensing issues, there'd be learning curves, maintenance etc. Very rarely in elearning development are subject experts (course originators) also tool / graphic design / instructional design experts!

Thanks for your answers. I was probably unclear in our needs : our experts are based in different countries around the world. Each of them has to produce one or two times an independant module so he/she will use one or 2 times iSpring tool then no need for them to purchase one licence. The optimum for us would be to use iSpring in a saas (Sofware As A Service) mode which allows this type of use. Great feature used by some software vendors : advantages for customers and also some for the vendors.
