At present the iSpring-Blackboard building block has very limited use due to the lack of data that is available from it. In order for it to be useful it would be necessary to be able to get the following data:

Breakdown of all questions in a quiz and how they were answered by each user.
Full statistics for each quiz - e.g. on MCQ quizzes you can see how many users picked each option.
Information about when a quiz was submitted.

iSpring submits just general passing data of a SCORM course to an LMS. Questions breakdown is available in iSpring Learn reports. Have you used any other tool that would submit all questions breakdown to Blackboard?

As an extra setting you can utilize an option to send detailed quiz results over email or a server.
