I started to use iSpring when it was at its 5.x versión. The resources were located as a tab on the side bar. Now in versión 7 the resources are locate as default on top bar. I still thinking that the side bar is better than the top bar for setting the resources. I suggest that the user could decide where to locate the resources.

I agree that having a tab for the resources makes sense too. It is easier for the user if all the "extras" are in one place.
