would like import equations and add comments to the questions' alternatives imported from Microsoft Excel.

The comments to questions and answers can not be added in Excel, as there are no specified cells for that.
Note that only information which is placed in the cells as it is done in a template file can be imported into quizzes.

Otherwise, it might be broken.
