Hope this does not open can of worms but...

Taking into account the resent changes to the email results arriving details, users monitoring results arriving if they hit "reply" it goes to iSpring address.

When using the %USER_Name" and %USER_EMAIL% it looks like to the end user they can hit reply.

Any way of setting the "reply" address to %USER_EMAIL% ?

So mail servers still should be okay as they all arrive from iSpring server, just where the reply is set to?

Hello and thank you for posting here!

Yes, the option to use side emails and names was removed from our server a few months ago so that only our valid email domain is used to avoid any delivery issues.
Sorry to say this, but our server cannot add the "reply" option, as this part is out of our control. This option is set by the recipient server.
However, I would suggest that you use quiz variables in the subject field to see to whom it is needed to response. Here is a sample to use in the subject:
%USER_NAME% <%USER_EMAIL%> %QUIZ_STATUS% "%QUIZ_TITLE%"

This is how it looks when a result is sent:

Make sure that user's name and email is asked prior testing. Hope this helps!
