Hello,

I'm new to the software and to the forum. I have a mini PC and the software works really well. The only issue is that the software has no ability to switch the default working folder from the 'C' drive and consequently, I keep running out of space while capturing.
I have a much bigger SSD also installed ('E' Drive) on the machine so want to use that as the default drive.

Is this possible?
Many thanks in advance.
Paul

Hey Paul,
Thank you for posting here!

Unfortunately, it's not possible to change the default capturing location for iSpring Cam in the app itself.
During the recording process, video and audio files are saved into the 'temp' folder which location is declared in Windows' variables (it's on C:\ by default).
If you'd like, you can change the variable and move the temp folder to your E drive. However, this might also affect other programs' workflow since this folder is commonly used to store different temporary files.

Let me know if you tried moving the temp folder to your ssd.
