Having an issue crop up I take PPTs, convert them to Flash using iSpring Pro and then upload a copy to a web server as well as burn the Flash files to a DVD that is distributed to folks who have poor Internet at their facilities.

This used to work fine, but just recently I've gotten complaints that any links to external sites -- such as a website -- don't open when the Flash is loaded from the DVD.

I thought this was just a permission issue that could be fixed using the Flash Global Security settings panel. But even when I use that to tell the Flash player that I trust anything on my DVD drive, links to external websites will not open (the user experience is that they just click and nothing happens with those links).

I tried converting to Flash using the export to CD option but ran into the same problem.

Any suggestions?
