Web Object and Outline not working together

Good afternoon,

I built a web object into a PowerPoint slide to share a PDF file. I made sure that the object was sent to the back, but when I preview or publish it the outline tab, when clicked, shows up behind it. the outline tab is at the bottom left but even when I put it at the top left it still gets covered by the web object.

I regret to say that this is the limitation of the Web Objects as it will be always displayed on the top layer in the Flash output presentation.
However, as a workaround you can convert the presentation to HTML5 format where the Outline panel will appear at the top layer.
You can also use the iSpring Resources option to attach a PDF to your presentation.
