Uploading html documents

I'm busy testing the new html5 converter. I'm trying to upload te files to my FTP account but I get the following message:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /html/ on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I have uploaded flash files a million times with the exact same method.

Anyone have ideas for this one?

Could you please let me know what iSpring software are you using and check the following:

1.Check if /html/ folder exists on your FTP server.
2.Do you have permission to save files into this folder?
3.Are you able to upload any other files into this folder?
4.Is this folder located in the root of your server?
