Is there a place in IspringQuizmaker to store questions. I find myself having to keep going into existing quizzies and split them apart.

When you create a quiz it creates a .quiz project file which could be re-opened and edited. After you publish your quiz to .swf Flash format, no changes could be done as changing question contents or splitting a quiz apart.
