During audit of the learning materials, changes are made to the powerpoint slides, whose audio files were recorded with PowerPoint and work fine in the slides, are glitching and shorting out once the PowerPoint has been published with iSpring for a second or third time and uploaded to the LMS interface. Sometimes the issue only occurs once the published package is uploaded into the LMS, not during preview of the published package and sometimes the glitches occur 24-48 hours after LMS access to the package and not when checked immediately after uploading.

Is there a bug with iSpring that would cause the PowerPoint audio to glitch?

Would recording audio with iSpring audio recording cause less problems everytime the powerpoint is re-published with iSpring and uploaded into the LMS?

Hello and thank you for posting here!

Please make sure that slides duration is the same as the audio files do.
If you have 10 sec for a slide but an audio is 1 min in length, it will work in PowerPoint. Once it is published to HTML5/Flash format, timings will work differently. Only the first 10 seconds of the audio will be played, as the slide duration will cut it off.

To solve this, make sure that audio fits slide timings. It is easier to change slide duration in the Presentation explorer menu:

After you adjust the slide duration equally to the audio length, everything should be fine.
Please do corrections and share your feedback here so that I know that all is OK.
