Hello,
we are exporting a presenter LO with video on the sidebar, but in the iphone player, when the audio is playing, we see the powerpoint, and not the video.

To see the video we have to click on the camera icon on the upper left.

There is a way to make the video appears first? In the previous version happent that.

Thank you for the post!
iPhones have a specific functionality that only allows you to open the video in the full screen mode without any other fields or screens available. This is how the Quicktime player on iPhones works.
If you would like to have the Presenter video and the slide to be shown at the same time, you can use iSpring Play.
The mobile application will allow you to do that.
Please don't forget to select the Video lecture player for this purpose in iSpring-Publishing settings.

We exported a WEB package, in the first slide in the presentation explorer we have set "maximize video".
When we try to open it from smartphones, however, the video is no maximized, but it appears the associated slide and you only hear the audio of the video because the video is started, but it is covered by the slide.
You can see the video just by clicking on the icon on the video switcher.
What is the setting to ensure that the video appears and the slide remains hidden?

Thank you

Hello Michele!
As the previous post states, on the smartphones the Presenter video will only be available if you click on the video icon.

So, the solution will be to use the iSpring mobile app and the Video Lecture player.
Please contact us directly for more information. Just send an email to our Technical Support Deaprtment.

Ok, we are using ispringplay. But when we launch the web package, if the smartphone doesn't have the app installed, we see an unexpected behaviour. I attach the screenshot.

How can we solve?

Dear Michele,
It seems that you're uploading the courses to an LMS where users need to log in.
The iSpring mobile application can't work with the websites that require authentication.
So, the best location for the courses will be a website that is publically available and you can open the file by following the link to it, as for example iSpring Cloud:

That's not acceptable. I mean, if i create a e-learning course, it's obvious that the contents work after login. It's a terrible feature, for us, ispring play managed like that.

There is an alternative?

Can you give me the ispring 7 version? With that we were able to do what we need.
