Animation lag in Firefox 26

After publishing the files and uploading to our content server, we preview the presentations before releasing to our students. Since the last update for iSpring 7 we have noticed that all presentations published are now extremely laggy in animations, take up to 3 seconds to pause the presentation, and constantly show the loading "flower".

I have published PowerPoint files from 2 different systems with the same results.

If you open the presentation in Google Chrome, the presentation functions as it should. However, if you open the same link in Mozilla Firefox, the animations are delayed.

Anyone else having this type of problem?

I have researched your presentation and there are no issues with animations at all but with sounds. I tried exporting them from the PPTX file and they don't seem to be working.
Please embed sounds again. You can use convenient iSpring Manage Narration tool for doing that.

I have tested this with another presentation that was having similar trouble and this has solved the issue.
