Hyperlink in feedback box is not working in generated flash quiz

Make sure that if you are running Flash on a local computer FlashPlayer global security settings are configured properly to let hyperlinks work.

Otherwise upload a Flash quiz in the Internet and you won't face these obstacles.

BTW it doesn't matter if the link is a part of a feedback or any other element.
