I'm waiting for a nice version of iSprings which can handle special fonts.
There ist no chance using Urdu fonts
The system doesn't like fonts writing from right to left also.
What can we do?

Thank you for your post.
I am afraid that iSpring QuizMaker 7 doesn't support right-to-left languages. We are planning to add their support to 8th version.

If we havn't any chance using RTL-languages in this version:
Is there a way to put pictures into all fields, maybe additional to text?

Yes, you can insert pictures and place them as additional blocks to text or instead of text using the Slide View button:
