When I preview my quiz, the text is very crisp. When I publish the quiz, the text is a little fuzzy.

What's going on and how do I fix this?

I had the same issue with 6.8.

Could you please send me the source .quiz file and the converted quiz for research to support@ispringsolutions.com? Also please click on Help --> About in iSpring QuizMaker and let me know the full build number (4 digits next to the version number).
