hyper links from one powerpoint slide to another slide

I am new to this. but, I have some hyper links in my power point presentation created by action buttons on a slide. I would like them to work after I publish the presentation in ISpring Presenter. In testing it seems to do it sometimes but not always. Any thoughts or is there a better way of linking one slide to another

Please create usual hyperlinks, not action buttons in order to go to some specific slide. Right click at the object -> hyperlink. This object could be text, shape or picture.
