I'm working on a project wichs uses iSpring presentations.

The plaftorm users send to me the presentations and I converted and upload them to the server manually via ftp.
But most of the users have ISpring license so they could upload directly, Then, I wonder it's possible to check (on client side or server side) if a SWF has ISpring format. For exemple with a php script.

Thank you.

If you use iSpring Presenter you can use ActionScript API for this purpose and check if the uploaded file has API or not. You can check any obvious parameter and if you get NULL it will mean that the Flash doesn't have ActionScript API and thus, hasn't been converted with iSpring Presenter (and the API option wasn't turned off).

iSpring Pro doesn't provide you with API so you cannot interact with it from within another application.

If you decompile .swf you can find some common structures between all iSpring generated presentations, however it will be not 100% accurate and this way is strongly not recommended as it is a kind of hack.
