Hi,

Is iSpring learn able to bookmark where someone left off in a course? We have a few long courses our learners are required to take and it would be nice if they could resume where they left off if they don't complete the course in one sitting.

Also, at the moment courses are marked complete as soon as a learner launches a video. How do we setup the course to ensure the learner has to watch the whole video before it's marked complete.

Thanks

Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry!

I would like to inform you that whether course can be resumed where user left or not depends on the settings of the course itself that was specified before publishing it.

If you use one of iSpring programs to publish your courses you can specify how a course functions once user returns to it on the Playback and Navigation tab of the Publish menu by choosing the needed option from the On resume drop-down menu.

Regarding your question about video I would like to inform you that you can restrict advancing forward through a presentation before watching the whole video added to a slide by selecting Limited from the Navigation type drop-down menu.

This way users will not be able to get to the next slide until they watch the whole video.
